These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By visiting our website, browsing our collections, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
This website and the products/services offered herein are operated by Thakar Design Studio Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 1760/130, Shanti Nagar, Near Bank of Baroda, Tri Nagar, Delhi 110035 (“Oniera”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing www.onierajewels.com (the “Site”), creating an account, or placing an order, you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
Oniera may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
- You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
- If you access from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Products, Craftsmanship & Variations
- Oniera jewels are handcrafted; natural gemstones/pearls and hand-finishes may show minor, inherent variations in tone, inclusions, weight, texture, and polish. These are not defects.
- We may make minor design or specification improvements without notice.
- Product images are for aesthetic reference only; display settings and lighting may cause slight colour or finish differences.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Duties
- Prices are listed in INR (unless otherwise specified) and are inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes.
- Shipping and COD fees are additional as applicable.
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are payable by the recipient.
5. Order Placement & Acceptance
- All products and information on the Site constitute an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer to purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (or limit quantities) due to stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or compliance reasons. Payments for cancelled items will be refunded.
6. Payments & Security
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- Online payments are recommended for faster processing.
- COD (if offered) may attract a ₹150 fee and require verification. COD is not applicable for international orders.
- All online payments are handled by authorised payment gateways per RBI regulations. Oniera is not responsible for gateway errors or declines.
7. Availability, Lead Times & Delivery
- Availability shown is indicative. Made-to-order items have a production lead time of 15–20 business days.
- Shipping is via reputable partners with tracking shared upon dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
- You can check your order status using your tracking number in the “Order Status” section.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Notify customercare@oniera.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos and order details.
- Items must be unused, with all tags, certificates, and original packaging.
- Approved returns will result in an exchange, repair, replacement, or gift card.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
- International orders and customised items are non-returnable.
- Order cancellations before dispatch may be accommodated; once shipped, standard return rules apply.
9. Sizing, Alterations & Customisations
- Standard ring sizes and bracelet lengths are listed on product pages.
- Customisations (stone, finish, engraving, lengths) are final sale.

10. Promotions, Sale Events & Gift Cards
- Promotional offers are time-bound and subject to campaign-specific terms.
- Online promotions may differ from pop-ups or partner stores.
- Sale or markdown items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
- Gift cards/store credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid until expiry.
- Oniera reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time. Decisions are final.
12. Your Obligations (Accurate Information & Fair Use)
- Review product descriptions before ordering; purchasing implies acceptance of the item’s terms.
- Provide true and complete contact and billing information.
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Do not misuse the Site (e.g., malware, DDOS, scraping, or security circumvention).
13. User Content & Reviews
- By submitting content (reviews, photos, testimonials), you grant Oniera a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use and display it.
- You confirm you own the content and it does not infringe any third-party rights.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including product designs, images, videos, text, logos, and layout—is the intellectual property of Oniera or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
15. Third-Party Links & External Services
The Site may contain third-party links. Oniera does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content or policies.
16. Limitation of Liability
- Oniera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated, the Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
18. Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to this policy.
19. Compliance, Fraud & Misuse
We may conduct checks to prevent fraud or misuse, including payment verification and KYC. Orders/accounts may be cancelled or blocked if flagged.
20. Force Majeure
Oniera is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
21. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

24. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access or cancel orders for conduct violating these Terms or applicable law. Clauses that survive termination (e.g., IP, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) shall continue.
25. Miscellaneous
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and related policies form the entire agreement.
- Assignment: You may not assign rights without consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
