Return & Exchange Policy

At Oniera, every jewel is a work of art — handcrafted by master karigars with natural stones, pearls, and sterling silver. Subtle variations in texture, colour, or form are the signature of true craftsmanship, making each piece as unique as its wearer. All creations pass through meticulous quality checks before they leave our atelier.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if your jewel arrives damaged in transit or if an incorrect product is received.
  • Approved exchanges or replacements will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
  • The product must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Custom, personalised, or bespoke jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Currently, we do not accept returns for international orders. For concerns, please email customercare.oniera@gmail.com, and our team will assist you.
  • Exchanges are processed strictly at the original purchase value. Any ongoing offers, discounts, or sale prices will not apply at the time of exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Notify us at customercare.oniera@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Share clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect piece. Our Quality Control team will review and authorise the return.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a secure pick-up from your address.
  4. After receiving the product at our facility, we will dispatch a replacement piece or process your exchange.

We are unable to accept any returns that are not pre-approved by our team.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable in cases such as incorrect delivery address, repeated delivery failures, package refusal, sizing issues, minor variations in natural stones or pearls, or if the jewel is returned used or tampered with.
  • Refunds are offered only in the rare event of parcels lost in transit.
  • Once a returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Every Oniera jewel is hallmarked in 925 Sterling Silver. All return or refund requests are subject to purchase and authenticity verification. We cannot validate or extend this guarantee to items not purchased directly from www.onierajewels.com.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Each Oniera piece begins its journey of craftsmanship immediately upon order confirmation. We encourage you to make your selection mindfully.
