Shipping Policy

At Oniera, the journey of your jewel is as important to us as its creation. Each order is prepared with utmost care, placed in discreet, tamper-evident packaging, and delivered through our trusted courier partners. From our atelier to your doorstep, we ensure your experience is seamless and secure.

1. Where We Ship

Shipping within India

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For clients who prefer the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, a nominal flat fee of ₹150 will apply.

For jewels that involve customisation, personalisation, or special sizing, our karigars devote additional time and artistry to every detail. Such orders may take up to 20 working days to be dispatched.

International Deliveries

We are delighted to serve clients across the globe. International shipping is available on request, and shipping time and charges will be calculated based on the destination and weight of your parcel. Details will be shared at checkout or by our team before payment.

Any duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable at the destination will be borne by the recipient, in accordance with local laws. Wherever possible, our team will guide you through this process to ensure clarity and ease.

2. Processing and Dispatch

  • Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order or customised jewels may take up to 15–20 working days to dispatch, as they are carefully handcrafted by our artisans.

You will receive an estimated dispatch date via email and WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation, and our team will keep you updated at every stage. For smooth communication, please provide your correct email address and phone number.

3. Delivery Time

India

  • Metro cities: typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • Non-metro and remote locations: usually delivered within 5–7 business days.

International

  • Delivery time is estimated at 10–15 days, depending on the destination.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen events, deliveries may take longer than usual. We will keep you informed at every step.

4. Shipping Fees

  • India: Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders. A nominal charge of ₹150 applies for COD orders.
  • International: Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and parcel weight, and will be shared at checkout or by our team before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

India

  • To ensure a smooth and secure experience, we encourage prepaid orders. However, COD is available in select serviceable locations for eligible orders, subject to a nominal collection fee.
  • COD is not available for customised or high-value orders.

International

We do not accept COD for international orders. All international purchases must be prepaid through our secure payment options to ensure smooth processing and timely dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to reflect with the courier partner.

7. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

India

Should you wish to update your delivery address, kindly notify us before dispatch. Once a parcel is in transit, rerouting requests can be managed on a best-effort basis and may require an additional 2–5 business days.

Our courier partners usually make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned due to non-availability or refusal, we can reship once updated details are confirmed. A nominal re-shipping fee may apply.

International

For international orders, address changes or reshipments are not possible once dispatched. We recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully at checkout. Our team is happy to assist with updates before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.

8. Multiple-Item Orders

To honour promised timelines, items within a single order may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive individual tracking updates for each parcel.
